- Residential Property of the Year Application

This award recognizes excellence in the management of condominium, townhouse, and community association projects. All facets of a building’s operations are evaluated, including resident relations programs, community involvement, emergency evacuation procedures, continuing education for property personnel, and overall service. Any property of any size within the state of Hawaii can compete in the Residential Property of the Year Award as long as it meets the eligibility requirements. Categories will be divided by size and property age. The categories will consist of buildings opened prior to 1993 and buildings opened in 1994 or later.

This award recognizes excellence in the management of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, industrial, and mixed-use facilities. All aspects of a property's operations will be evaluated, including tenant relations programs, sustainability initiatives, emergency preparedness procedures, continuing education for on-site personnel, and overall quality of service. Any commercial property of any size located within the state of Hawaii is eligible to apply for the Commercial Property of the Year Award, provided it meets the eligibility criteria. Entries will be categorized based on type: Office, Retail, Industrial, Mixed-Use.
- CPM® Member of the Year Application
This award recognizes Real Estate Management Excellence for outstanding performance by a Certified Property Manager® who is dedicated to: Advancing the real estate management industry; Providing transformational service to clients, tenants, and residents; Demonstrating personal commitment to community service; Demonstrating leadership; Demonstrating commitment to ethical business practices; Engaging in IREM® (Institute of Real Estate Management); Promoting the CPM through personal and business relationships.
